I have just moved from X11r3 to X11r4, and one result is that several of my Emacs Lisp functions no longer work. In particular, any function that calls x-popup-menu now hangs the job; it goes off and never returns. I have to kill the process and restart emacs. I have tried tracing it back, and x-popup-menu is not defined in any of the .el files I have found on the system, so I'm guessing that it's a part of the X11r4 release. Can anyone confirm this? Does anyone know how x-popup-menu may have changed between X11r3 and X11r4? Any and all help will be appreciated; e-mail strongly preferred. -- Dave Matuszek (dave@prc.unisys.com) I don't speak for my employer. --
