Such an animal doesn't exist (at least that I've found anyway). I recieved several email requests for any info that I managed to get a hold of so here's what I found: wuarchive.wustl.edu has (via FTP) cxl5.2 in mirrors/msdos/c (files are cxl52-1.zip and cxl52-2.zip). This is an extremely well-documented (if not well-written) piece of work (IMHO). Registration is "only" $35.00 and that entitles you to royalty-free use of the library code. The "evaluation" copy available via FTP includes everything you'll need to start using the libraries, though only for the small memory model. (Other memory models supported after registration I believe). The same machine has several windowing/ gui/mouse libraries online but this is the one that I've taken the time to look through and play around with. Oh yes, cxl supports Microsoft C/QuickC Turbo C and Zortech C/C++ -Sean /*--------------------------------------------------------------------------*\ | Sean C.
