Sorry to use precious bandwidth, but I tried Archie and Knowbots
first with no hits.  This is my last resort.

I want the TeX version of the XLISP 2.0 LANGUAGE REFERENCE by 
Tim Mikkelsen.  The ASCII version is very easy to find--it's
available on many archive sites and is part of the WINTERP dis-
tribution.  The cover blurb of the manual says there exists a
TeX version.  Can anyone tell me where I might ftp to get said
version?  Can anyone tell me how to contact Tim Mikkelsen by
email?
