In "our" FrameMaker bin directory there is a epstorf utility that is
suppose to convert encapsulated postscript files to Sun raster files.
I tried running the utility on an eps file and got the error message,
no %BeginPreview line.  I tried to add that line after the %! line but
still got the same message.  Where is this line suppose to be and is 
there suppose to be a %EndPreview to match?  Thanks for any help.
