To further my understanding of continuations in Scheme, I am
looking for:

	An implementation of  call/cc  as an extension to
	the Explicit Control Evaluator of SICP (Sec. 5.2).

	Articles on continuations - so far I have relied
	largely on the account in Springer and Friedman.
