I have been asked if a document (both ASCII and binary) can be attached to a
piece of elm mail.  I don't see any references to this feature in the elm man
pages, but I'm hoping I've missed the feature reference.

If not, can anyone point me to any other software products that might work
with elm to accomplish this task.
