RSA is patented, so it's not clear whether it's legal to distribute RSA source code without RSA's permission, even if you wrote the code. I wrote an RSA implementation, but feel uncomfortable in distributing it. RSA does have an agreement with Digital to distribute RSA code as part of a sort of alpha-test of a product called SPX.
