I have as a goal to begin to set up a software components technology, and the 
corresponding organization inside my company. I have read a lot of things
concerning the subject but I miss some real, practical applications of this 
technology.

If you have been involved in sw developments using this technology, I would
be happy if you send me any information about that. I am interested in all
kinds of issues :
 - organizationnal (differences with classical organizations for sw development)
 - technical (tooling, languages, level of reuse code, design or spec...)
 - social (what are the implications on the behaviour of sw developpers, do they    feel better with this kind of technology..
 - costs : what did it really bring...
