Harvard has one of these things also; one wonders what the chances are that a random number will work. A much bigger problem would be contesting the bill that some wise guy runs up for you calling Alaska. You'd have to prove you weren't in a position to be able to make any, or at least some, of the phone calls - which is likely to be difficult or impossible... and the chances of catching the malefactor are just about zero. :( This belongs in RISKS, doesn't it...
