I wrote a sh script that calls another sh script which uses sed. I get back a reply that it could not execute sed. I am able to execute sed at top level, and at the second level, but not at the third level. I have started going through Tannenbaum's book, but am trying to do other class work at home, making a number of file managemnet scripts for configur- ation management. Frank A.
