I am working on a generalization of my Virtual Partition Table system in MINIX. I currently use it for the RAM disks (and the external RAM disk server), but I am now moving that code into a general set of routines in the kernel- kinda like the generalization of the do_vrdwt() routine in misc.c . I will post it as soon as I finish it.
