	Could someone please summarize the difference between OS/2
	version 1.2 and 1.3.

	I bought v1.2 while I was at school, but quickly changed
	to Windows because of extremely poor performance on my
	386/20 with 4M RAM - although I installed as dual boot
	w/o HPFS.
