I chatted w/ an IBM sales rep at their campus show yesterday,
and he confirmed that IBM dropped the price of OS/2 SE 1.3
down to $150 US, and edu price is %40 below that.  He wasn't
sure, but he didn't rule out the upgrade from 1.3->2.0 would
be free.  Availability will probably no earlier than 4th
quarter tho.  He also mentioned that there is a DOS->OS/2
upgrade for $99, and also %40 off for edu.
