The IBM NSC system itself (404) 835 6600 is not just for IBM employees -
it is for `IBM employees, user group officers, and IBM customers'. It
really is a very good service - I've been using it for quite a while, to
get support, programming help, to download a lot of PD/Shareware OS/2
software, and to download the OS/2 and DOS CSDs.
