We have a model 90 with SCSI drive running 1.3 and used as a LAN server and we have gotten excellent performance from it (the hard disk is rather small, but I will be receiving 2 Seagate Wren VII 1G SCSI drives, so I'll be reporting on those when we've had a chance to play with them for a bit).
