Roger, you can grab the source to COMTCP, which is an INT 14
redirector for the DOSIP code, via anonymous ftp from
info.umd.edu:/pub/pc/dosip/cmtcpsrc.exe.  This is a self-extracting
ZIP archive.  It uses a BSDish socket interface for network access.
You won't be able to run it without the rest of DOSIP, but you can
look at the source.
