I.E., a program that 'listens' to a serial channel and prints and/or stores full 8-bit ASCII data. COPY COM1: FILE won't cut it since it will lose data at 9600 baud and it probably will also quit when a ^Z goes by. Also, since this is a monitoring situation no form of flow control is possible.
