I've gotten a few public domain fonts that are in .PFB format and I
need a utility to convert them to a standard PostScript font.  Does
anyone have one readily available?

Sorry if this is a FAQ, but I've been searching previous new articles
for a while and haven't seen one posted, or any mention of an archive
site containing one.
