Message-ID: Date: 24 Apr 91 17:29:02 GMT Organization: The Search For TERRESTRIAL Intelligence Lines: 13 One of the local IBM sysops told me that he just got a new external protocol called Hyper protocol, which gave him at least 4800 and sometimes near 10000 bps on a 2400 bps modem. Has anybody implemented this for the Amiga? (It would sort of make up for the lack of a software MNP device!) (By the way, I'm skeptical about the 10000 bps figure. But even 4800 would be nice.) -- * From the disk of: | jms@vanth.uucp | "You know I never knew Jim Shaffer, Jr. | amix.commodore.com!vanth!jms | that it could be so 37 Brook Street | uunet!cbmvax!amix!vanth!jms | strange..."
