Please let me know! :) Sorry to tell you this, but the A-Max won't boot up unless DF0: is present regardless of whether or not you have a bootable a-max partition on the hard drive. Try making df1: df0:. An amigaDOS assign won't help ie. assign df1: df0:, when a-max resets it forgets the amiga stuff. You'll have to play around with the hardware, select lines etc.. Pity it isn't like the amiga where the O/S has a timeout of about 10 seconds if it can't find DF0:, then looks at other devices. matt.
