I just got MechForce and finished setting it up.  I pick my teams and it
draws the map, prompting for the placement of the Mechs.  I place them,
then it says "<My character name> Roll for Initiative..." at the bottom
of the screen.  I press keys, joggle the joystick, mangle the mouse, and
sacrifice chickens, but no amount of voodoo magic will make it go past 
that point.  Am I missing something blaringly obvious, or should I unpack
it again and start from scratch?
