Here's my problem. I'm convinced that there is a Russian sub(s) directly underneath the carrier group, deep enough to evade my sonar. There is an Improved Los Angeles sub as part of the group but I can't find a way to set it's depth to "deep" to find the Russian(s). I know that I can seperate the sub from the carrier group and make it a group on it's own, to set it's depth that way, but I prefer not to do this. How do I know that there is a Russian sub under me? Torpedoes keep on appearing in the middle of the surface group, inside the outer screen of picket ships. So far I've evaded every torpedo, but I can't keep outrunning them for too long.
