	Hi Scott...  no.  accel/decel doesn't exist.  I have written NewTek
	(Allen Hastings) about the need for better motion tools....  and
	hopefully they are in the works.   Allen always seems to be writing
	3-D code... a real hard-workin' guy!  So expect to see Lightwave
	improve over time....  unless NewTek holds him back somehow.
