Does anyone know how to get PAL on an NTSC A3000?  I've tried several of the
run-and-reboot varieties, but none seem to work.  I've tried 'BootMenu',
'PalBooter', 'Palcon', and 'bootpal'.  All gave me null results.
  One of the doc files did mention an alleged preferences option to do just
this, but I could not find any such beast.
