	The R.K.M. specified way of using the AREA routines in the graphics.
library is to make a call to two functions prior to calling any of the
area functions (whew, glad im real good at explaining myself :-)
Anyway. the functions required to initialise the temporary raster buffer
are InitArea and InitTmpRas neither of which appear to be present in the 
interface files. So my question is, how do I gain access to these functions.
Or even are they simple to simulate. I don't have library offset addresses
or explanations of what these thingys do.(its all right, I only spent a weeks
wages on the Ls and Ds RKM) Anybody know a way I can use these from PCQ pascal.
