I had to post this here because I our mailer wouldn't let this letter
get to you so....

I would LOVE more information!  Both are very viable options, although I am
inclined towards the latter.  I currently have a 48 meg HD and 3 megs.  
I also have Lattice 5.10 as well.

Information on both would be MUCH appreciated.  Being able to develop in X on
my 500 would be great, since as badly as I want a 3000, I just can't afford
one right now.  I could use the university's system but we have limited 
access (1 graphics cluster, 3 terminals, and about 18-25 students using them)
and it would be great not to have to go to the cluster to work on the 
programs.
