Nope.  The Apple IIe 80 column card requires the auxilary slot on the IIe, whichis not on the Apple II+ motherboard.  A few thrid party manufacturers made
80 column cards for the II+ (most notably Videx) but they are long extinct.

PS  Nobody would want the plain old 80 column card for the IIe nowadays.
    Without the extended 64K, it is useless.  It'll make a pretty silly
    paper weight.
