Nope. The Apple IIe 80 column card requires the auxilary slot on the IIe, whichis not on the Apple II+ motherboard. A few thrid party manufacturers made 80 column cards for the II+ (most notably Videx) but they are long extinct. PS Nobody would want the plain old 80 column card for the IIe nowadays. Without the extended 64K, it is useless.
