I am wondering if there are any alternative choices to genlock device for
Apple IIe aside from Apple's Video Overlay Card. I am interested in this
because I hoping to do subtitling of some foreign films (set aside the 
copyrights issues for the time been), and find the price tag attached to
the VOC a bit stiff for my budget, since I am doing it as more of a hobby
than anything else...
