These have indeed been bundled (with HP-UX) in the past, and currently (7.0) they are still bundled! They are in the fileset DOS_UTILS for both 300/400 and 600/800. I think that there might have been a release where they were not supplied with HP-UX, but that is a moot point now. Can we end this urban legend now, please?
