Alvin,

For OS/2 it is usually recommended that you try and use the manufacturers
version of OS/2, ie; OS/2 is more hardware dependent than DOS.

Since you are using EE, I assume that you need something specific, such
as connection to IBM LAN Server.  In this case, you may not have any
choice as to which Vendor's OS.  I believe that HP has 1.2, but I doubt
if 1.3 is available from anyone other than IBM...

The only thing I can suggest is that you try and obtain HP's OS/2's 
MOUSEHP1.SYS (I think that is the name, it may have changed), and give
it a try.  While I think it is only available with HP's OS/2, you might
be able to try and obtain it from the folks on the HP Support Forum
on Compuserve (GO HP).  No guarantees you can get it, or whether it will
work. 

The other alternative would be to try calling HP's customer information 
center (1-800-752-0900 USA, or 1-800-387-3867 Canada) and seeing what they
can do for you.
