I am sorry if this question has been asked before. I have Conner Periphral
120 meg hard disk model CP-30104. However, I cannot format it using format
command in PC-DOS version 3.31 . It appeared to be formatted  but as I started
the machine again the hard disk is reported to be unformatted and I could not
write anything to it.

Any ideas or suggestions is appreciated.
