Recently I purchased a used AST-3G Enhanced Graphics Adapter. I am having problems getting this card to work with my system. The computer will boot, apparently recognizing the new card, but the monitor is not working correctly -- I get white horizontal lines in the top 1/5 of the display. I have tried many settings of the configuration switch on the EGA card, as well as changing switches 2,5,6 on the mother board of the XT. Can anyone offer any assistance via e-mail? Thanks.
