Does anyone know of a source for a 68040 processor diagnostic?
We need a power-on self test for a project, and would like to 
avoid writing one if something is available.  I'm aware of the 
68020 confidence test available from Motorola Freeware, but I 
need something that tests the caches and MMU of the '040, too.
(Floating point isn't needed - we don't use it.)  

If anyone know of one, please reply by e-mail, and I'll 
sumarize for the net.  This could be free, shareware, or 
commercial purchase.
