A poster writes (with smileys!) that the tip on getting the second page
in Word to be numbered ! is wrong, that all one need do is set the
starting page number to 0. Unfortunately, that has changed!! :-}
To get the second page to be numbered as 1, you **do** need to put a
section break between the first and second page. Turn off page numbering
in the first section, turn on page numbering in the second section and
turn on Restart at 1.
