Fontographer allows you to open a Type 1 font and then generate fonts
for PC's in their format. Metamorphosis 2.0, also from Altsys, allows you
to do the same without the necessity of generating the whole font from
the Type 1 PostScript font & then regenerating it again. It takes the
printer font & converts it directly to several PC formats or Type 1
on the Next, as well as all Mac formats (EPS, Type 1, Type 3, PICT,
TrueType).
