The BDF fonts all have contents that are uppercase and begin with a "STARTFONT" statement. They come from Asterix (by Applix). MacX seems to eat fonts. After it starts compiling it fails and claims that the font has a "BAD STARTFONT statement" This is not the case. It also leaves the font as a 0 byte file after it's done compiling. I also tried locking the font file so that MacX wouldn't be able to delete the contents but to no avail. The compilation fails with a "Unable to write" error. Anyone else have this experience? Anybody know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks, Timothy Chiu timc@brahms.amd.com All views are my own and not reflective of my employer.--
