I followed the instruction provided in the cartridge by cleaning the fixing roller of the printer. Then, all the printouts has several white lines (I mean a line that the printer won't print black on) with even distances. For example, I printed a test on a legal size paper. I found three gaps (looks like white lines) with the same distance between them (3 and 3/4 inches). I suspected that I scratched a line on the fixing roller, although I used the cleaner provided in the cartridge. Any one has any ideas about what has happened to the printer. If it's truely a scratch on the fixing roller, how much it would cost to fix it and where? Any feedbacks are welcomed, and thanx in advance. Peter Liu cliu@copper.ucs.indiana.edu
