There used to be a stack, if I'm not wrong at sumex.stanford.edu, called
stack starter.  This was a huge stack with an incredible collection of
buttons, external functions (WDE... somethin?), drawings, etc.  Does
anybody know where I can get a copy of it.  It is not at sumex or umich.
