Is there an Applelink address where someone at Apple will answer
questions I have about a Higher Ed purchase program product?

Specifically, I had an A/UX 2 CD-ROM disk stolen, and want to find
a part number and price to replace just the CD if possible (I don't
need manuals, and I hope I don't have to pay the full new license
price).
