From the manual, p.312: "To have Word perform a full, normal save each time you choose the Save command, you can turn off the Fast Save Enabled option, available through the Commands command. With this option off, the Fast Save option in the Save As dialog box remains dimmed. To turn the Fast Save Enabled option on and off, select Fast Save Enabled from the list in the Commands dialog box, and then click the Do button."
