First, what is the best way to find out about using ResEdit & how to install ResEdit files so they do what they're supposed to? Some great book or something? Secondly, I heard/read somewhere about a way to make your desktop into a full picture as it's design. And that the way to do this was with some program called Backgrounder or something similar.
