The MacTCPCommonTypes.h header file is included in the MacTCP Developer's Kit, which is available through APDA. You would have to get a copy from whomever is the contact person at Duke for the license, assuming that Duke had licensed redistribution of the programmer's kit and not just the CDEVs.
