Yes, there *is* a backlog, and things get posted as quickly as I can
move them out.

I tried to respond, but mail to dawson@cs.cornell.edu bounced. Twice.

By now you should have already seen your posting, as it went out a day
or so ago.

Patience is a virtue.  You might also check with your local administrators
and find out why your mail isn't getting through.  I've included message
