Does anyone know about any other platforms that are thinking about NeXT Step?

ie Mt. Xinu Mach for 368's

Is there something technically impossible or can one develop a video card
with display postscript that talks to a standard VGA or Super VGA monitor.

I would like to see somebody do something usefull with all these mess dos
machines.

Slap me if I am being silly.
