People have stated correctly that Mathematica 1.2's help system is
broken under NS 2.0.  You *can*, however, access the help stuff manually.
You can open the file
   /NextApps/Mathematica.app/MathematicaHelp.ma
and you will see a nice notebook with an three cells
   Menu Help
   Panel Help
   Other Help
which you can open up.  This notebook claims to contain the all
the help messages pertaining to the NeXT front end.

So, you just have to find the pertinent section yourself, when
you need help.  But it is a whole lot better than nothing.
