I am trying to set up print queues on VMS that can print to printers
attached to novell servers.  I have Novell NetWare for VMS running on
the Vax, and therefore I can share files between vax/vms and pc,
queues on novell can print directly to vms-queues but there is no
support for redirecting queues on vms to novell servers.

Does anybody know if there exists a function library for netware-vms
that is similar to the function library for novell netware on ms-dos?
Access to that would let me solve this. The user manual does not mantion
any other manuals and the dealer didn't know.

I see a kludge way to do this by testing the size of a status file on a
shared volume then read from this status file information about the
file to print whenever the size of the status file grows, but it would
be much simpler if I could set up some kind of process to process
communication between the vax and the pc.

If anyone has more information about netware-vms than is in the user
manual, I would like to hear from him/her.
