I don't know what's happening to `workspace` in 4.0, but if anyone at SGI
is taking suggestions:

Pretty please, can we have a simple, quick way of doing (with a top
level menu item or an ALT key) the equivalent of:

Arrange|to the End
Arrange|by Name
