I am looking for a database that can be used for a customer support
enviornment that has some, if not all of the following features:

-On line Call Processing
-Customer History
-Easy Access
-Easy Modification
-Hot customer issues
-Q/A analysis
-Report Generator
-The Generation of RMA numbers (Return Merchandise Authorization)
-General Information
-Product History

The platforms needed are: DOS, Ultrix, VMS, SUN OS

Any information leading to this database would be greatly appreciated
