I've got a tentative BTX style file to write a AMSTeX bibliography and some macros which are likely to be superceeded or modified now that I know of btxmac.tex. I'd be interested in hearing of anyone who has already done this, and would be willing to email what I have to anyone who is iterested (not for a couple of weeks, though).
