Need Help! Summary: ILaTeX aborts with This can not happen (mlist1) Keywords: tex, latex Message-ID: Date: 25 Apr 91 09:51:18 GMT Followup-To: comp.text.tex Organization: University of Oldenburg, Germany Lines: 22 Hey! Please help me with the following problem: I'm trying to install TeX 3.1 on a Computer (386, 33MHz, running SCO's ODT 1.0 = SysV 3.2.3). Sometimes ILaTeX stopps running with something like "This can not happen (mlist1)." What's going on here and why? How can I correct the problem? I tried generating TeX with gcc 1.39.1 as well as with Microsoft C, but it remains unchanged. Due to an uncomplete distribution, i wasn't able to generate fonts by mf. Additionaly I installed EmTeX and used it's mf to generate fonts and tfm-files, which i now use from Unix too. It works, and the dviscr-driver is pretty to look at. If You need the info from .log, I will post the excerpt as well.
